As the surrounding neighborhood continues to grow and expand, Kenwood Forest II has become known for its convenient location, as well as, it's well maintained exteriors and beautifully landscaped grounds. Managed by our on-site manager and overseen by an elected Board of Directors, Kenwood Forest II continues to prosper and to serve its residents and meet the needs of its community.

Created in 1979, KF II is a 279-unit townhouse condominium located on 36 acres of land along Hillandale Road, Chevy Chase Drive, Bradley Boulevard, Willett Parkway, and Offutt Lane in Chevy Chase, Maryland. The original buildings were constructed prior to World War II and comprised a rental community known as the Bradley Boulevard Apartments.  Despite the similar names Kenwood Forest II is not associated with Kenwood Forest I, a community to our west on the other side of Arlington Road.
