Parking Enforcement

Download PDF copyDownload PDF copy

Beginning March 1, parking enforcement will be conducted by Big Tow.  Vehicles not in compliance with KF-II parking policy (e.g., missing or expired permit or pass, see below) will receive no more than one warning ticket.  Once ticketed, the vehicle will be towed if found in violation on a future date.  If your vehicle is ticketed because of an expired permit or pass please contact the management office immediately to obtain valid permits and avoid towing. To ensure evening parking availability for residents, parking will be enforced most vigorously at night.  As always, vehicles can be towed without warning for gross negligence of county or community parking policy.

The 2011-12 parking permits, both permanent and guest, will expire on February 29. To get new permits (2012-2014), please fill out the attached form and return it to the General Manager’s office before that date.  If you have already sent back the resident data information sheet for 2012, then you do not need to send it again. New permits will be delivered to your home starting about February 20. Beginning March 1, a vehicle displaying expired (2011-12 permit) can be ticketed and towed.

If you have questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact the office.
